Break Out Your Walking Shoes for the Garden Gazing Tour on July 9

Get out your walking shoes. It’s time for the annual Greendale Garden Gazing Tour on Saturday, July 9. This is the 22nd annual tour presented by the Greendale Garden Gazing Club.

The free, self-guided walking tour will feature gardens in the “A” section in Greendale’s National Historic Landmark District. The tour starts at the Gazebo on Broad Street. The four-hour walking will run from 8 a.m. until 12 p.m.

There will be demonstrations by Southeast Wisconsin Master Gardeners, as well as several drawings for gift baskets of “garden related items” to anyone who registers. Rest Areas with free refreshments are also provided. The Friends of Wehr Nature Center and Wild Ones Natural Landscaping will be at the Gazebo.
