Tickets on Sale for Greendale Senior Fest on April 30

The Greendale Senior Social Club will hold its annual Senior Fest on Saturday, April 30. The event will feature musical entertainment by the Village Ramblers (Greendale’s Dixieland Band), sponsored by the Kawczynski Family. The event will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Greendale High School’s Multipurpose Room.

Senior Fest is the annual fundraiser for the Greendale Senior Social Club, which provides social and recreational activities to seniors in our community and the surrounding areas.

Tickets are $13 per person and are available at the Greendale Park & Recreation Department (5647 Broad Street), Greendale Visitor Center (Village Center) or during the Greendale Senior Social Club meetings held on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Tickets will not be sold at the door and pre-sale tickets are available until April 18 or until the event is sold out. If you cannot attend, please consider donating proceeds, new products or gift cards for the raffle baskets.

Lunch is included in the admission fee and we will have raffle baskets will available as prizes Bingo will be played in the afternoon, sponsored by Clifden Court Assisted Living. For more information, to purchase tickets or make a donation to support our local seniors, please contact the Greendale Park & Recreation Department at (414) 423-2790.

The Greendale Senior Social Club is a tax supported entity of the Village of Greendale and Greendale Schools. Activities include morning exercise programs, guest speakers, brown bag lunches, card games, activity games, crafts, books, movies, holiday celebrations and scheduled blood pressure screenings. For some of our seniors, this is their only weekday social interaction and group activity outside of their homes.
