Library Announces Veterans Day Program

The Greendale Public Library, in partnership with the Greendale VFW Post – 1051, the Greendale American Legion Post – 415 and the Greendale Veterans Memorial Committee, invite you to join us to honor and remember all who served. The event will be held on Friday, November 11 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Greendale Public Library.

Veterans Harold Kuehnel and William Pekrul, will be presented with a Quilt of Honor made by the Wandering Foot Quilt Guild in Oak Creek.

In addition, the event will feature a performance by Greendale High School alumn Joy Bach. Bach is a professional singer and songwriter.

Chief Petty Officer Mark Stevens will be the guest speaker and the master of ceremonies will be John Unger. There will war memorabilia, information about the Greendale Veterans Memorial and light refreshments.
