School board. Change this decision. Just do it Mr.Crappitto. Kerry Owens Burr said this is a poor decision.

The Veteran’s monument is growing at Broad ST and Southway. Even after a rainy week. There were a four or five residents looking at it this afternoon and cars driving past. The alternative sight should be just as prominent as the one the school board said no to.

Why the secret peace talks with the Vets? There are rumors floating out there but out of respect to the Veterans, will not repeat them.

A vast majority of Greendalers want the Veterans Memorial at Broad St. & Southway, as it was planned.

I have a answer to the problem. Put the question to a vote on the April election day.

Should the Greendale School District allow the American Legion Post place a memorial on the District owned property on the corner of Southway and Broadstreet at no cost to the taxpayers?

    This supports Tharp and Crappitto.

It lets the No votes not have to vote yes and flip flop.

It gives we the people a voice in the decision and lets Greendale decide what do with the property.

Dr. Crappitto’s statement that there are “no plans” to readdress the issue is probably good news for the veterans. Crappitto also said there were no plans for the district to remove voting from the schools. We all know that wasn’t true.

This is hard to believe Crappitto and Tharp think this is the “right” move for Greendale. This false bravado is a sign of weakness.

What will he do if just one of the lefty no votes decide to change their mind and vote yes?

That would make three votes for the public’s land not Crappitto’s land to be dedicated to the veterans.

Another one of those “my way or the highway” bravado by the complainers. How do you know those opposed are “lefties”? Are you an insider? What are you? A “righty”? Funny how people throw around labels when they don’t know what else to say.
